MAIL + DELIVERY

• Each edition is sent during the first week of the following month.
• Monthly enrollment closes on the 27th. Any memberships purchased after the 27th will begin with the following month’s edition.
(For example: if you join between March 1–27, your first letter will be the April edition. If you join after March 27, your first delivery will begin with the May edition.)
• Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery following fulfillment confirmation.
• If your envelope has not arrived within this timeframe, please reach out via email or the contact form. I will make sure it is resolved.
ACCOUNT + UPDATES

You may update your shipping address, billing information, and subscription details at any time through the customer portal.
All account changes are reflected in your next billing cycle and/or upcoming shipment, depending on timing.
